Beef and Pork Meatballs Bursting with Flavor

This recipe was created by Thomas D'Amico, the president of Flags Express Inc. And we aren't kidding when we say these are the best we've ever tasted! See for yourself how juicy and flavorful they are.

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp truffle oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp fresh garlic minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms diced
1/2 cup red peppers diced

1 - Mix all ingerdients in a large bowl
2 - Form balls (about 3 oz. each)
3 - Fry in olive oil until crispy on the outside
4 - Bake in oven at 275 degrees for about 15 minutes and enjoy plain or with your favorite spaghetti recipe!
