In tribute to the memory of Beryl Franklin Anthony Jr., and as an expression of public sorrow, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has directed the United States flag and the state flag of Arkansas be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on March 1, 2025, the day of Anthony’s interment.
