Governor Mike Parson ordered the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be lowered to half-staff at all government buildings in Jackson and Platte Counties, the Fire Fighters Memorial of Missouri in Kingdom City, and fire stations statewide on Wednesday, Sept. 25, from sunrise to sunset in honor of Kansas City Fire Department Firefighter/Paramedic Kyle Brinker.
