Governor Mark Gordon has ordered the Wyoming State Flag be flown at half staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Laramie County from sunrise to sunset on Monday, May 19 in honor and memory of Rodney "Pete" Anderson. Mr. Anderson represented House District 10 in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1993-2010, serving as Speaker Pro Tempore from 2003-2004 and Majority Whip from 2001-2002. He passed away April 26, 2025.

Please note that this notice is only for the Wyoming State Flag and only at two locations in the state - at the Capitol Building and in Laramie County. Other flags should remain at full-staff.
