Job Description: Full-time and/or part-time, starting pay dependent on experience. Full-time employees will qualify for benefits after 3 months successful training. The Customer Service Representative's role is to provide professional customer support. This position is responsible for maintaining positive customer relations. This means you'll be learning about flags and flagpoles, which is far more fascinating than most people could imagine. You'll be working with our incredible customers including homeowners, corporations, government and military buyers and occasional celebrities. Our customers are some of the nicest people you could meet. Job Duties Include: Working with current customers, assessing customer needs and proactively providing solutions. Duties also include keeping customers informed on the status of their order, reconciling errors, resolving post-order issues such as returns and follow-up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled. Where needed, acts as liaison between customer and freight carrier. Computer Skill Details: Requires Excellent Communication Skills Excel (basic knowledge) QuickBooks (training provided) Outlook (training provided) Word (basic knowledge) Requirements: College or other continued education preferred. High School/GED required. Computer experience is mandatory. Good communication skills necessary. Warehouse experience would be helpful.
