If you can stand the price, do not try to buy cheaper ones that will not last. I have been buying these for years and they can withstand sustained high winds with no problem. Pole goes before holder. This is my 4th one. I went from the wind breaking about 1 per week to never replace with tis one. Best holder on market, without exception.

This bracket is excellent. I had purchased a cheap bracket at a hardware store and the wind ripped it right out of my wall. This one is strong and hasn’t budged. I definitely recommend this bracket

Incredible!! We had 50 mph winds and the flag and pole remained intact. No more aluminum ever.

We have a Store on the West Coast. The area receives 50 mile an hour winds during the winter. I have spent hundreds of dollars on flag brackets... these are the only ones that can withstand the wind. The others blow right out of the cinderblock wall.These are by far the bes I’ve ever seen. So glad I found them

I have had a few. Started with an aluminum standard duty holder which failed. Then got another aluminum item but definitely heavier duty which seemed pretty good quality. I forgot to bring in the flag one night and an overnight thunderstorm, blowing the flag around, was too much for the metal which just broke in half. I only installed this new one two weeks ago. It is obvious from its feel and appearance that it is a very heavy duty item. I will take the trouble to remember to not leave the flag out at night or rough conditions and I expect that it will do its job.

This flag pole bracket is just what I was looking for. The old one was steel and was so rusted it could not be used. It will be an honor to be able to hang the flag again
