Fabulous. Great customer service as I had to call them to make sure I had ordered the correct ring and they (she) corrected the order. My only regret is that I should have ordered two.

One of the existing collars on my flag pole broke. Ordered a pair of 1" collars. They arrived on time. Replaced the broken collar and the flag waving is back to normal. Very useful item.
