Governor Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds in Cambria County to fly at half-staff immediately in honor of Hope Fire Company Fire Chief Isaac David Hassen, who died in the line of duty on Friday, April 15, 2022. The commonwealth flag shall be flown at half-staff until sunset on Wednesday, April 20, as well as on the day of Chief Hassen’s funeral, which has not yet been announced. The United States flag is to remain at full-staff. All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
