Flags over the Capitol & all State office buildings will fly at half-staff on Saturday, August 14, in honor of the ultimate sacrifice of US Army Private Warren G.H. DaVault of Dayton.

DaVault died while serving in World War II during the Battle of Hürtgen Forest in November 1944, & he is coming home to be laid to rest in Tennessee.
