Job Description: Full-time and part-time, starting pay dependent on experience. Full-time employees will qualify for benefits after 3 months successful training. The Customer Service Representative's role is to provide professional customer support. This position is responsible for maintaining positive customer relations. This means you'll be learning about flags and flagpoles, which is far more fascinating than most people could imagine. You'll be working with our incredible customers including homeowners, corporations, government and military buyers and occasional celebrities. Our customers are some of the nicest people you could meet.
