Heavy-Duty White Plasti-Cloth Pennant Strings

Heavy duty material is what it takes here in OK, and these fit the bill. And very nice looking to boot. These will demand attention from anybody and anything. It doesn't take much wind at all to make these wave, and that's exactly what I want. And that fact is why I am experimenting with these as deer deterrents at my garden.
