Job Description: Full-time and/or Part-time position available, with starting pay dependent on experience. Full-time employees will qualify for benefits after 3 months of successful training. The Seamstress will be responsible for sewing, repairing, and altering fabric products with precision and efficiency. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in our products.

Job Duties Include:

• Sewing, repairing, and altering fabric products according to specifications.
• Operating and maintaining sewing machines and other related equipment.
• Inspecting finished items for quality control and making necessary adjustments.
• Working with a variety of fabrics and materials to meet customer and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maneuver large flags for repair, customization, and sewing.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe.

Skill & Experience Requirements:

• Prior sewing experience (industrial sewing experience is a plus).
• Ability to follow patterns, measurements, and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Basic machine maintenance skills preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
