Governor John Carney has ordered Delaware flags to be lowered to half-staff at all state facilities on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, to recognize National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day.

Flags currently are at half-staff through sunset on Thursday, August 22, 2024 to honor Sussex County EMS employee and volunteer firefighter, Thomas Berry.
