Governor Mike Braun is directing all flags to be flown at half-staff in Madison and Tipton counties on Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, in honor of former Elwood police officer and Mayor Donald Tucker, 81, who passed away Aug. 22, 2025.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in Madison and Tipton counties on the day of Tucker's funeral services, Friday, Aug. 29, 2025. Governor Braun is asking businesses and residents located in Madison and Tipton counties to lower their flags as well.
