Governor Grisham ordered flags to half-staff beginning Nov. 8 and lasting through sundown Nov. 11 in honor of former Sen. Clint Harden, who passed away on Oct. 18.

Senator Harden served eastern New Mexico with distinction for over a decade, and his good work benefited every corner of New Mexico. He worked tirelessly advocating for children with autism and their families, removing barriers for those reentering the workforce after being incarcerated, and advancing early childhood education.

Senator Harden left an indelible mark on New Mexico, and his leadership will be missed.
