Today, in accordance with the United States flag code, Governor Josh Shapiro ordered Commonwealth flags on all Commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds in Huntingdon County at half-staff for tomorrow, September 13, 2024, to honor PennDOT employee Rodney Craig Walker who was injured on the job in December and died on Friday, August 30, 2024. The flags shall be lowered to half-staff for the duration of the day. All Pennsylvania residents are invited to participate in this tribute.
