The Governor orders that the flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, March 2, 2026, in tribute to Reverend Jesse Jackson and in honor of his legacy and memory. The Governor requests that the flags over state buildings and buildings of political subdivisions of this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose.
