By order of the Governor and in accordance with Honoring Hometown Heroes Act, flags over the State Capitol and all State office buildings are to be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Thursday December 19, in honor of McNairy County Deputy Sheriff Sgt. Rick Finley who was fatally shot in the line of duty on December 14.
