By order of the Governor and in accordance with the Honoring Hometown Heroes Act, flags over the State Capitol and all State office buildings shall be flown at half-staff from sunrise on Friday, February 27, to sunset on Sunday, March 1, in memory of Correctional Officer Dustin Pedigo, who was killed on Tuesday, February 24, while on duty at the Morgan County Correctional Complex.
