By order of the Governor and in accordance with Federal Law 4 U.S.C. §6 flags over the Capitol and all State buildings shall be flown at full staff from 11:00AM (CST) January 20 until sunrise on January 21 in honor of Inauguration Day. Flags shall then be returned to half-staff until January 29, as we continue to mourn the death of former President Jimmy Carter.
