As we continue to mourn the death of Former President Jimmy Carter, by order of the Governor, flags over the State Capitol and all State office buildings will also be flown at half-staff effective immediately and until further notice in memory of 16-year-old Josselin Corea Escalante who was fatally shot at Antioch High School on January 22, 2025, and in honor of all victims, families, students, school faculty and residents impacted by this senseless act of violence.
