By order of the Governor, flags over the State Capitol and all state office buildings shall be flown at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on Tuesday, March 31, in memory of two Kenwood Middle School students who died in a tragic bus crash in Carroll County on Friday, March 27.

We are heartbroken over the loss of life and ask for God’s healing over the injured.
