By order of the Governor, flags over the State Capitol and all State buildings will be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on October 17, 2025, in memory of the victims of the tragic explosion that occurred in Hickman County on October 10, and in honor of the families and other community members affected by this devastating event.
