Governor Mike Parson ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be flown at half-staff at all government buildings in the State of Missouri on Monday, April 17, from sunrise to sunset in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 3 Zachary G. Esparza of the United States Army.
