Governor Ducey has ordered that flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, November 4, 2019 for the final interment of Private First Class Antonio Garcia of Peoria, Arizona who died on Sunday, October 20, 2019 during a training exercise in Fort Stewart, Georgia.
