National POW/MIA Recognition Day is Friday, September 15, 2023.

Delaware Code (Title 29, Section 408) requires Delaware State agencies, including all public schools, to display a POW/MIA flag on its grounds or campus at each location on each day the flag of the United States is so displayed.
