Governor Eric J. Holcomb has directed U.S. & Indiana flags to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of Cpl. Humberto “Bert” A. Sanchez of Logansport.

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
