This is to advise that Governor Larry Hogan ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset, Saturday, January 4, 2020, the day of interment of Otis L. Isaacs, Jr. of the North East Fire Company, who died in the line of duty on December 29, 2019.
