Please be advised that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings in the City of Brockton beginning immediately until sunset Friday July 12, 2019 in honor of Brockton Mayor Bill Carpenter who passed away on July 3, 2019.
