Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Friday, July 17, 2020, in honor of former Adjutant General Stanhope S. Spears, Sr. and in recognition of his extraordinary legacy and his distinguished service to the State of South Carolina and the United States of America.
