By order of the Governor, flags over the State Capitol and all State office buildings are to be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Saturday, August 6, 2022, in honor of the ultimate sacrifice paid by Marine Corps Reserve Corporal William R. Ragsdale, Jr., whose remains have recently been identified and are being laid to rest in his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee on August 6th.
