By order of the Governor and in accordance with the Hometown Heroes Act, flags over the State Capitol and all State office buildings will be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, February 20 (the day of internment) in honor of Meigs County Sheriff’s Office deputy Robert John “R.J.” Leonard who died in the line of duty on February 15.
