Today, Governor Evers issued Executive Order # 48, relating to a proclamation that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for Army Tech. 5th Grade John E. Bainbridge of the Wisconsin National Guard who lost his life in World War II.

Please ensure that the flag of the United State and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities beginning at sunrise on Sunday, September 29, 2019, and ending at sunset on the same date.
