Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
I have purchased this specific flag before. It did a great job with the diverse weather conditions here in Oklahoma. High winds are common exceptional. High winds do appear and the flag remains.

I really like the quality of the material and adding the triple stitching just takes it to a level above the rest, that don’t offer that option. I would definitely recommend this flag and ordering through American Flag Express.
Great flag. Does last longer than regular flags. Does fade after a few months. But not noticeable to others. Flags last about 6 months. I buy this flag for others.
This 2 ply American flag with added extra reinforcement is incredibly durable! Usually, we replaced our flag every 6 months, or so, but this flag has lasted us almost 2 years! The first signs of wear were at the top stripe corner, and that occurred at 1 year. We will be looking into the repair option in the future to see if that will make our flags last even longer and more affordable. Thank you so much for making this very high-quality product!
I haven’t put this flag on the pole yet as I’m waiting to retire my current one, also ordered with Flags Express. First time to order the Poly-Max and I can tell a difference in the quality and durability. Look forward to seeing it fly and standing up to the extreme winds. We buy no other flag than this one. The winds in our front yard whip flags around most days. This flag has never frayed or tore. We usually replace it every two years or so due only to fading. We will continue to buy this particular flag as long as it's available. Shipping is quick and reasonably priced.
Very good quality flag, holds up in the heaviest winds. My old flag did not have one tear. I replaced it because it was time to have a new brilliant flag as the old had become faded over time.
