just what I was after.
Unit is a very solid piece of aluminum. Teeth on the adjustment mechanism mesh nicely, holding the flag at the desired angle. Silver color matches our metal flagpole as well. We're pleased with the bracket.

I wish your literature would have stated that you need two (2) Stainless Steel Bracket Mounting Straps for mounting this Flagpole Bracket. I now need to order additional straps to mount the other Flagpole Bracket in my order.

Very sturdy. We'll be painting ours black, to match the fence.

It looks and feels sturdy, I will be using it for pvc holder for outriggers on my canoe. I'm pretty sure it would hold up a light weight flag pole but I'll see how it does with a more rigorous application. More to come.
