The flag is perfect, but it took about months for the flag to be shipped. I was notified weekly about delay after delay. Not a great way to keep customers.
This was the first time that I've ordered from this company, but it will not be the last. One word Outstanding! The customer service representative that called me. A one job. All customer service representatives should be like her. Personally I'd call her a customer care rep. Because she catres about the customer which usually means the company cares about its people and the product they put out.
