THE TRUTH ABOUT AUTO FLAGS
No auto flag can withstand expressway speeds. All material will begin to fail rapidly over 50 mph. Remember, the speed of the wind is your car speed plus head wind. If you're driving 50 mph into a 20 mph headwind the combined effect is 70 mph. As a test, I drove round-trip 45 miles daily at 77 miles an hour for 10 days. The auto flag was significantly damaged, see photo.

These are the best car flags that I have ever purchased. They are really well-made and best of all, made in the USA. It was worth the few extra bucks to get something that wasn't going to shred in a short amount of time. I know where I will be purchasing my next house flag.

This is the third set of flags

This is the third set of flags I have purchased. They hold up rather well during city driving. But any length of time on the freeway they start to get tattered. I have to replace the flags about every month and a half just having a normally on the freeway driving at the normal speed 60 to 70 miles an hour. Good product if you’re going to use it around town they seem to hold up OK but not good for the freeway.
