Today, in accordance with the United States flag code, Governor Josh Shapiro ordered United States and Commonwealth flags on all Commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds in Armstrong County at half-staff immediately today, November 26, 2024, to honor Kiskiminetas Township Fire Department Chief Stephen Michael Pavetti who died on Thursday, November 21, 2024. The flags shall be lowered to half-staff until sunset on the date of interment, Saturday, November 30, 2024. All Pennsylvania residents are invited to participate in this tribute.
