As flags continue to be lowered in memory of Governor Winfield Dunn; by order of the Governor flags over the State Capitol and all State buildings will also be flown at half -staff effective immediately and remain lowered until sunset on Friday October 4 in honor of all impacted Tennesseans and lives lost during significant storms and flooding across East Tennessee caused by Hurricane Helene on Friday, September 27.
