The distance between the two top screw holes is 2-1/8”. The distance between the top and bottom screw holes is 3-3/16”.
My adjustable mount snapped in high winds during a storm. I ordered this fixed mount in hopes of preventing recurrence of that. So far, so good. Solid product!

Just delivered today. Appears to be rugged and sturdy. Wondering if more mounting holes should have been incorporated in the manufacture. We'll find out. Powder coating appears to be good without any visual defects. Nice appearance.
