    Just needed a new pole this time. Strong winds bent the old one. This one appears better built, stronger, nicely capped on the end, and swivels freely. Early to tell for sure but looks like it will serve well. Good, timely service as well.

    No tangles!

    With the old stationary pole I had my flag was always tangled. This rotating flagpole keeps the flag tangle free.

    ... It may be my fault. Our flag still gets twisted over the base of the 5' flag pole. Either the flag is too big (it fits the pole) or the pole is too small. Disappointed that it didn't resolve our problem... I recommend other shoppers opt for a longer pole if you are faced with the same issue.

    I am so happy with this flagpole. My flag holder is attached to my house and with my previous pole my flag was constantly getting tangled/wrapped around the pole. I would have to unwrap it at least once a day. I installed this new pole 4 days ago and haven't touched it since. Now everyday when I come home, I smile because my beautiful American flag is flying tangle free! So worth the money!!

    This "ball bearing" feature of the flag pole is a great improvement over external so called no furl products. So far, the flag has not hung up or become tangled due to wind, etc. The overall quality of the pole and the finish appears to be first class. We will see how it all holds up over time, but my guess is that it will do very well! My flag has larger than "normal" diameter grommets, so the included rings would not work to attache the flag. I did make a work around using zip-ties successfully. The staff I spoke with were super accommodating, and very patient as we tried to figure out the best method for attaching my "abnormal" flag. I would recommend this pole and this company to anyone wishing to display a flag!

    This rotating pole is great. My flags were always twisted and wrapped up and so far I have not had any tangles with this pole.
