Governor Dunleavy has ordered that Alaska and the United States flags fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, November 12^th through Monday November 13th, in honor of former Legislator and last surviving delegate to the Alaska Constitutional Convention Vic Fischer who passed away last month.
