Governor Stitt has ordered the lowering of U.S. & Oklahoma State Flags on state property to half-staff, in honor of the late American Music legend, Toby Keith. Flags should be lowered immediately, and remain lowered until sunset on Wednesday February 5, 2024.

"A fellow Oklahoman, Toby Keith inspired love for the American attitude, appreciation for the strength of our country, and respect for the stars and stripes. His songs are often used to convey what it means to be an American, and his dedication fo supporting our troops overseas continues to touch the hearts of many...," said Governor Stitt in his executive order, "...The First Lady and I extend our thoughts and prayers to the Keith family at this time."
