This morning Governor J. Kevin Stitt signed EXECUTIVE ORDER 2021-22, directing the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, to honor the life and legacy of former state lawmaker Leonard Earl Sullivan, who died on October 4, 2021.
