Governor Mike Braun has directed flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Lynn Town Marshal Brad Fisher, who was killed in the line of duty on July 29, 2026.

Fisher served the community of Lynn and Randolph County for over two decades in law enforcement and public safety. Prior to his service as Town Marshal, he was also an EMT and firefighter in the local community. He had a passion for baseball and was well known as an umpire and coach.

Governor Braun has ordered flags to be lowered in Randolph County from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, August 2, 2026, the day of Fisher's funeral.

Governor Braun encourages all Hoosiers in Randolph County to help honor Lynn Town Marshal Brad Fisher by lowering flags to half-staff at their homes and businesses.
