I hereby direct that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in honor of former Supreme Court Justice Carolyn Dimmick, former Supreme Court Justice Richard Guy, and former Supreme Court Justice Charles Wiggins, each of whom passed away in 2025.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
