Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
I am very pleased with the heaviness of the material flag made of. Also how the leading edge is reenforced to help stop fraying. I am hoping it hadles the high winds I get. This is my first time buying this kind of quality flag
I've ordered from them many times
I just put my new flag outside. It is made very well and I’m anxious to see how it holds up to the strong winds I have here living on the coast.
These are the best long lasting American flags I have ever purchased, and I have ordered a few from this company already
The Poly Max High Wind flag has held up well in 25-30 MPH winds. We will leave the Poly Max flag out during hurricanes and see how it preforms. We always leave the flag flying at the Emergency Operation Center during a Hurricane to show where the County Seat of Government is located.
We gave had 2 other flags bought from other places & the ends get all frayed up, we live in a high wind location. The extra reinforcements on this flag sure should outlast the other flags & even though it cost a bit more $ it will be a big savings in the end. The colors are bright & vibrant & it is just an outstanding flag. So glad we discovered your site!
Very satisfied with the quality of the flag and the extra stitching for strength.
The quality of these flags is unmatched. I am very happy with it. I live in a high wind area and ai appreciate having the option for a tougher material.
Excellent product especially considering I live in one the most windy areas in the country in Livingston Montana. It held up for nearly three years in sometimes extreme conditions which would have shredded most flags but not this one. I highly recommended this exceptional product, well done folks!
