Heavy Duty American Flags

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

This is the first time ordering a flag from this company. I like it’s made in USA. It’s very well made for extreme winds which we get in our area. Very happy with my purchase and would highly commend this company.

This flag holds up as well as any I ‘ve tried. The high UV , 250-300 days sunshine a year here it takes a beating. I try to take it down in 30-40 mph winds but still end up replacing it in16-18 months.

    3x5 Poly Max sturdiness

I buy a new flag about every two years. I leave my flag up 24 hours 365 days a year. I live in the High Desert, California. Lots of winds of about 30-40 an hour. Rain and snow again with wind. The flag fades from being out in the sun after a year. Towards the end of 2 years, it starts to shred at the very end of the flag. Flag grommets hold up well. In the eight years I've been buying this flag I have never lost a flag due to the failure of the grommets.
