Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
Top quality, very please at how well the flag is made and the extra stitching provided on the end for endurance and performance in higher winds! Very pleased!
Got wind resistant flag as I live in OK. Great flag. Made very well.
Looks great, I am very impressed
Quality flag. Should last even longer up here in Indiana than they do in the high winds and intense sun in FL!

Like I said they withstand our Okalhoma Wind.
