Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
Sell was easy to deal with. I got it right away. It is a awesome flag extra stitching for the wind. Very happy with my product.
The extra stitching is wonderful
Excellent...held up for a motorcycle escort at highway speeds for approximately 125 miles
I bought these flags to fly from my pick-up truck and drive on the interstate several times a week at speeds from 60 to 75mph. These flags hold up extremely well. They normally last 2 to 3 months before they start to fray Considering the conditions I put them through, I think they hold up very well..
SO far this is an amazing flag. I got this to fly on my vehicle. It is well put together, a very nice heavy material and super stitched on the ends.
Quality appears outstanding as usual. The flag usually lasts 9-12 months in the extreme cold and winds of Idaho.
I just bought my second one of these flags. The first one lasted over a year! Previous flags made it only 3-4 months. I live in a very windy area, and the flagpole is atop a hill, the flag fets a workout. These are excellent flags.
Excellent product. They are made of eavy weight material and seams are carefully seen. I would expect both to last many many years hear in western Pennsylvania where we are situated in the middle of a field with strong winds. And the best part of the ordering process is they arrived a day ahead of schedule; thanks.
The American Flag that I had recently purchased from this company is well-made and simply a durable, outstanding product. I believe that it should far outlast many other American Flags, as their product is manufactured with a painstaking process that thoroughly reinforces an already heavy-duty durable Flag material. It is made with pride, integrity and craftsmanship. Thank You, Mr. D'Amico & Crew !!
