Governor Jared Polis ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff on all public buildings and properties to honor the life of Minority Leader Hugh McKean. The flags will remain lowered from sunrise to sunset today for his memorial service at the Colorado state capitol which will begin at 11:30 a.m. MT.
