Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in Madison County to be flown at half-staff on Monday, March 8, in honor former Indiana Auditor of State Otis Cox.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Monday, March 8.

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Madison County to lower their flags to half-staff in memory of Otis Cox.
